Change Your Details

During the course of your employment some of your personal details may change. You may get married, divorced or move house. We need to know about these changes to keep your pension record accurate.

Change of Address

You can send us a change of address form to notify these changes or write to us with your new details.

Change of Name

You can print a change of name form. All you need to do is complete it and give it to your employer with a copy of the relevant documents. Your employer should update their records and inform us. You could also send a copy direct to us if you wish.

Change of Nomination

Three times your final pay (if you are a member), or the balance of 10 years' pension (if you are a pensioner), is paid as a death grant to whomever you wish to nominate. Your choice of nominee may change over a period of time. It could be because of divorce, children growing up etc. Every new nomination form we receive will supercede the previous one, so it is important to date and sign each form.

Pensioner Change of Details

If you have retired you may change your personal details during the course of your retirement. You may move house or want to change your bank account.

It is very important that we are kept informed of any changes so that we can pay your pension accurately.
