Employee contributions rates

Employee contributions as of 1 April 2012 are set out below. The bands are based on Full Time Equivalent (FTE) salaries. Band ranges increase each April in line with the rate of inflation at the previous September.

On the basis that the index to be used for benefits from April 2012 is the September 2011 CPI figure of 5.2%, the following pay ranges will apply to contribution rates from April 2012

As of April 2011, these contribution rates are now the same as above
