Guide and Responsibilities
It is very important to every scheme member that we receive correct information from their employer.
Incorrect information can affect their final pension and lump sum and ultimately it is the employer's responsibility.
We have produced an employer's guide to help employers with their pension administration. We are also very happy to assist employers on an individual basis.
It is important that every employer reads their guide, decides on their policy and carries out correct pension procedures. We should also have a copy of your policy.
