Payment Information
We pay your pension to you monthly, in arrears, on the last banking day of the month. It is paid directly into your bank or building society account by BACS (Bank Automated Clearing System).
We only send pension payslips in April and May each year, unless the pension amount changes by £5 or more. The payslips show the new pension increase and any tax changes.
You can change the bank or building society account you have your pensions paid in to by simply completing a change of bank account form and returning it to the Pensions Payroll team.
