Payment Information
We pay your pension to you monthly, in arrears, on the 25th of each month, unless the 25th falls on a non-banking day, then it will paid on the last banking day before this date. It is paid directly into your bank or building society account by BACS (Bank Automated Clearing System).
We only send pension payslips in April and May each year, unless the pension amount changes by £5 or more. The payslips show the new pension increase and any tax changes.
You can change the bank or building society account you have your pensions paid in to by simply completing a change of bank account form and returning it to the Pensions Payroll team.
