Helping us as a Fund provide straight- forward administration in delivering a more efficient way for our members to contact us.
Previously our members had the option of calling or emailing our Member Services team at pensionenquiries@wiltshire.gov.uk with a standard turnaround time of 10 working days.
Recognising due to the nature of some queries different turnaround times are required, we have now introduced the option of members contacting us online.
The member selects the most appropriate category which has a tailored turnaround time , then completing the form providing us with the information we need to securely access their record. This form is then sent directly onto the team who has the matching experience and knowledge to help resolve their query.
